Will an Asteroid Hit Earth in April 2020?

When the people were engulfed in the fears of the outbreak of coronavirus, netizens were blown away with the claim of an asteroid going to hit Earth and will probably destroy the civilization.
Apophis Asteroid which stretches about 1,100 feet (340 meters) across and will pass within 19,000 miles (31,000 KM's) of Earth's surface on April 29, 2029.

There is rumor of ‘God of Chaos’ Apophis Asteroid hitting earth on 29 April 2029. But scientists are confident that it won't hit Earth. Instead, it's a once-in-a-lifetime chance for scientists to truly understand asteroids near Earth.

NASA is keeping a watchful eye on the Apophis asteroid trajectory.

Initia observations in December 2004 indicated a probability of up to 2.7% that it would hit Earth on April 13, 2029. Two years later, a study showed that Apophis would pass through a gravitational keyhole that would set up a future impact exactly seven years later on April 13, 2036.
